My name is Ricky Mills. I am currently a student at Oaklands College studying ICT (BTEC National Diploma). I’ve been involved in creating websites for just over 4 years and have self-taught myself several skills. Currently I run several PHP script sites including WSDeluxe and WebmasterStash along with my friend and co-owner/founder, Mike Barlow. Pretty much all my web projects are shared with Mike as we work very well as a team. We have worked together for the last three years on almost every website that we have created.
Together we founded our own company, Rike Media which is now the parent company to WebmasterStash and WSDReg, an active and profitable domain registrar and hosting provider.
I have an active partake in several online communities, including NamePros, DigitalPoint, and WebHostingTalk, and am currently an active member of the NamePros moderating team. I enjoy regular posting on the above forums, as well as interacting and domaining business with the members and staff of the sites.
I worked as a developer for Domain Name Owners Association to help them create and integrate their membership system.I am also a founding member of the association.
I have also previously worked with my last schools IT department to create a set of intranet sites, as well as basic network troubleshooting. After this I self-taught myself many server management and networking abilitys and currently run a custom home server, as well as a VPS located in the US.
